These terms govern use of the applications and services operated by Serenity Software (“we”, “us”, “our”), including the serenity.software website (collectively, the “Services”). By using any of our Services, you agree to these terms.
Account Registration
You must provide a valid email address and password to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or to other users’ data
- Transmit malware, spam, or other harmful content through our Services
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble our applications
- Use automated scraping or extraction tools against our Services
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Connected Services
Where applicable, our applications allow you to connect third-party accounts (such as Google or Microsoft) to synchronize data within the scopes you authorize. You may disconnect any connected service at any time, which revokes our access and removes stored tokens.
On-Device AI
Where applicable, optional on-device AI features may produce summaries, parsed activities, or other generated content. This content is provided “as-is” and you should verify its accuracy before relying on it.
Intellectual Property
Our applications, websites, and their original content, features, and functionality are owned by Serenity Software. Content you create or upload remains yours; you grant us only the limited rights needed to operate the Services on your behalf.
Data and Privacy
Your use of the Services is governed by our Privacy Policy, which you should read and which is incorporated into these terms.
Service Availability
We strive to keep our Services reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Scheduled maintenance and unplanned outages may occur; we will provide reasonable advance notice where possible.
Limitation of Liability
The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Serenity Software disclaims liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us; deletion results in removal of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. You agree that any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the Services will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania.
