What do I actually get during the sprint?

The deliverable is a Turnaround Blueprint with team assessments, process recommendations, and a prioritized action plan. More importantly, you get peace of mind knowing your team is aligned with best practices that make sense for your situation, not just generic consultant advice. A clear path forward, not endless guessing.
Who is this for?

How much does it cost?
The sprint is a one-time fee of $10,000 for 4 weeks. No hourly billing, no scope creep, no surprises. Although many of my clients implement the blueprint independently, I offer a monthly retainer at $7,500/month so you can access my expertise while you implement, and for in-depth advice (architecture, hiring, process, etc) tailored to your situation.
Will this disrupt my team?
Yes, but it's both a minimal and necessary disruption. I observe and interview during Week 1-2, then work independently during Week 3. Week 4 is collaborative sessions with leadership. Your team keeps shipping while I work.
Who are you?
I'm Jordan Ambra—a coder turned CTO turned founder with 30 years experience in software engineering. I've built teams, fixed broken ones, and seen every dysfunction pattern. I speak both "business" and "developer" fluently, which means I can translate between the two and find where communication breaks down.
Will you write code or offer staff augmentation?

I'm very easy to work with! The first step is a completely free 30-minute triage call. We'll talk about your situation and determine if running a sprint is worth it. If we decide to work together, I'll send over a payment link and lightweight contract, and we'll schedule the sprint for a time that works mutually.
